Here it goes, Princess Mononoke. The anime with most features u'd want. there is love, hatred, action, adventure, blood and gore (literally) gods and demons... blablabla... anyway it turned out quite differently than what i had expected though... but it's an interesting story nonetheless.

Tells about a young boy's idealist views on the affairs between humans and spirits (gods and demons) and his efforts to keep peace between the two sides. this movie is based heavily on Japanese superstition that there are spirits in each and every object or place. sounds like Spirited Away?

However it might seem so nice in the movie, the naivety of the boy and the corruption of human towards the environment that is causing catastrophe everywhere, but we all know it's a different situation here in the real world. however enjoy it as it may be. i loves it's ending credit theme.

Next up, is Howl's Moving Castle. i've no idea about this movie nor heard of it before like the Princess or Spirited, but it's a recommendation fom my childhood friend Wai Hon. we'll see about that. plus there's Steamboy which i've watched last year but yet to write anything about it. that will be coming too.
