Hi all,
sorry for my long silence, no update from me eh... been quite busy abit, even now writing, i feel abit tired and lazy... so now the sem has started, i'm in my 3rd n final year!!! gosh this'd be my final year to be a student, after which i'll be fully a "worker" hahaha... so wat has been happening during my holidays eh? update for u all:
nothing much happened during holiday.

serious, since it's just a short holiday i didnt plan to go or do something extra ordinary... apart from occasional paktoh with yennie then i didnt go anywhere liao, except for the last weekend. went for a camp in Eco Dusun in Pahang... haha, organised by Career Development Society, and the guys behind CDS, who else? G, Alvin and the rest of the gang lah, who else? muahaha...basically the whole camp is great... go thru obstacle course, treasure hunt, jungle n night walk, flying fox, raft building and race... all those normal things that u do in camp lah! the camp was for 3 days, Friday to Sunday... it was fun, n news is dat another one is coming up by the end of this sem, this time in Sungkai... i wana go, but i'll see when the time comes. when the camp finished we went down to Bentong for lunch, where the gang saw a karaoke set in the restaurant... thats it lah.. karaoke session!!! memekak saja... pity other diners there hahaha...
2 days before the camp starts i went i ce skating with yennie.. and i had a terrible fall... i skated too fast, and i fell knee down, making a split at knee level.... ouch!!! it was so damn painful i cant get up for a minute.... even walking feels like my leg is lembik... the right knee is ok not long after, but the left knee has some problem... went to the doc the next day for x-ray, lucky nothing's wrong with the bones, no break no crack... just soem overstretched ligaments and tendons... doc says might take more than a week to heal... it's been a week now, though i've got no pain but still feel lembik... and my legs cant twist at certain angle without giving a "broken leg" feeling... anyway since nothing's wrong with the one, i went for the camp lah...
another thing, i cancelled trip with my family to pangkor next week... dont feel like going... wana laze around and catch up with some of my reports... redang trip next month, i cant go coz alvin says the place is already fully booked, no more empty seats... dang, i shud've asked bout the trip earlier... talking bout reports, no it's not thesis i'm talking about, though thesis is very important at this time of the year, got only 6 months to kautim everything... sheesh, dono wat to do oso... maybe i can do something about my employer?
yeah u read that right... i'm an employee now... remember about my blog post here some months back that i'm working on a project and my tutor is doing something about it? finally here i am.... not exactly employee lah... contract worker la... working for Fortner n Assoc, a company which specialize in training and development, working as a junior analyst... analyse a company's position, the job, the need, the people working at it, then write report and suggestion/solutions... not a salaried position, i'm paid on a per assignment basis, so i can do the job on my own pace within deadline.
i dont even need to go to the office! everything's done thru the net and email... thats y i am really in need of streamyx in my house now!!! and the pay is quite good too....compared to the job i'm doing, minimal work coz it's a team based job, i get the data inputs from researcher, i dont even need to analyse anything... just type out report, giving suggestions on types of training and pass over to senior analyst to double check. after that the report goes to training dept and the client... what they do with it is not my biz... as long as i get my money... except, no EPF n SOCSO la... contract worker wat... but then it may be good for now, i know i'll get bored with it soon, plus this is not the job i want to start off my career... by the time i grad, the rate i'm getting will tak cukup makan liao...
so basically there's nothing much after camp, came back sg long, slept like log from 7pm till 10 am the next day.... and yesterday i went for the first lecture of the week, nothing special... go to class come back.... rain in the afternoon cats and dogs... and it's a long one... from 3pm till 10pm non-stop... and today helped out at CDS booth, only went to the lecture for a while... then go to kajang to register phone line... dang, number was finished so cant register today, have to wait for a few days before can re check if there's any phone number available... geez... might will take some time before i can finally get streamyx in my room!
so i guess that's all my update for now lah... till the next time, chiao!
