aha... valentine's day....sigh...went online in e-zone earlier this morning, so after which i went awol on my replacement law lecture... nah... i missed it deliberately...since i wanted to sleep in than going for the lecture... woke up around nooon time...so decided to go to Jalan Pasar for some sightseeing.
well here i am now...hahaha... i know that there are many illegal stuffs being sold here...apart from electrical and electronic items that jln pasar is famous for. but perhaps my timing couldn't have been any worst as there are DBKL enforcemant officers are here...so those illegal traders all went hilang... sigh... since i havenbt had anything this morning i guess i need some lunch after all... so, dropped by in this small kopitiam, restoran Sing Wah...it's on a road (i dunno the name) that intersects jln pasar... situated across the pasar pagi pudu...
that char kuew tiaw (ckt) i ordered seems to take forever to arrive, tried hard not to finish my glass of teh ais before the ckt arrives. while waiting... i looked around the kopitiam.. it really makes me think that how ppl's looks resembles someone u know n familiar but yet we know we had never meet this person before. then there is this little primary schoolgirl...there is something disproportionate on her physical appearance, but yet i cant seem to tell wat... so queer yet so normal... well... i guess this is wat being individuals are...never ever stereotype ppl into generalism...as again i reaffirm my view that there are many facets to our society...many sections...many levels... sometimes we really have to stop by and and slowly appreciate it's uniqueness...
by now this ckt is in front of me...ok eat first... i'll be back...
alrite...i'm done... well...for a small plate (rm3) it portions are generous enuf to fill up my stomach.... the prawn(s) is large and succulent...really nice!! hey...not many ckt seller gives prawns this big u know...it's a rare treat indeed... but then good things doesnt come much... only 2 prawns!!! hahahaha!!!! on the other hand the taugeh is quite crunchy too...another plus! but alas, for the ckt itself...nothing special...the taste is just like any other ckt.... but good part is it's not too oily... so...final verdict... 3 out of 5... advantage is its large prawns and nice taugeh.....
ok, now that lunch is finished(2pm)... and i'm back here in jln pasar. still those dbkl fellas havent leave yet.... well that's it...i guess i'd be the one who leaves then...perhaps i'll come back again another time to see those illegal stuffs... i'll be back..to enjoy looking at things and ppls... till then, ciao!
