After a long time deliberating over this again and again and again...i guess it's time for me to move on...
when i first got in here i thought i could be a long fixture here, alas but then again, a swift change in my job responsibility and coupled with the backstabbings by ppl who just wanted to get along with the new boss, i guess there's no point fighting with pigs in the mud. i get all dirty and they had fun doing it.
wished that i could've stayed alot longer, in a different position within the same company, but no matter where we go, we can never run away from all this politicking. having a sensible direct supervisor is crucial in determining how long u can stay in there. but then again having a stupid boss accelerates it even more.

and hello
i'm serving 30 days notice (as in chinese saying, come in good faith, leave in good faith) and i'll be joining HLA (yes i'm back in Hong Leong group, although in a different sub-company though)come 4th of August. the pay increase is not incredibly higher, but well i get a permanent position as Claims Exec, doing back-end paperworks instead of fighting a battle where u're tied a hand and a leg.
i'm back in KL! WOOOHOOO!!!!
